If you have paid in full, great! There are no hidden costs! You’re fully booked onto the trip and you’re ready to wait for our next steps to bringing us all together.

If you’ve paid a deposit. You have secured your spot to one of our locations and dates. We just need a little more from you. We will email you with an option of a 2 part payment or 3 part payment plan. This will come with deadline dates and invoices that need to be paid by the dates provided. This will ensure you are fully up to date before travel. We need full payment no later than 28 days before the trip to ensure we can provide you with the best possible hosting!

Once you’ve booked your trip, we will ensure to keep you up to date on all things LGSC and our essential information via emails leading up to the trip! …Think packing lists, what to expect in the region, itinerary for the week and just fun stuff to get you excited!

We will send links from our brand partners with exclusive access to products too, perfect for your LGSC trip!

It’s nearly time for your trip. We need to know your flight details to arrange your transfers. Please email them to us as soon as they’re booked along with your purchase number, no later than 28 days before your departure date. This is to ensure we all arrive together at the accommodation smoothly.

The last little admin bits. We will email you our final forms to fill in, or anything else that we are waiting for like flight times.

Once all completed, confirmation emails will be sent out and we will all get excited about the trip!
